Professional and Olympic level athletes
Preparation, rebuild and competition blocks with coaches who have worked at Olympic and Commonwealth level, in an environment where testing, training and recovery sit in the same twenty acres.
Physical mastery, mental resilience and emotional balance, applied with measurement rather than opinion.
Four movements, in that order, repeated at the scale of your stay. Whether you have three days or fourteen, the sequence does not change, only its depth.
Blood work, biometric and neuromuscular testing, cardiovascular analysis and body composition. We start from your numbers, not from a template.
Personal and group sessions built from those results, delivered by Olympic-trained staff across strength, endurance, agility and mental conditioning.
Oxygen therapy, light therapy, contrast therapy, massage, sleep and nutrition. Recovery is scheduled as precisely as the training it answers, and sleep is equipped accordingly, with an Eight Sleep bed in every bedroom.
A closing assessment compared with Day 1, a feedback session, and a personalised protocol you continue at home.
Before a single session is planned, we measure. The assessment decides the content of your days, and it is repeated at the end of your stay so that the change is a comparison rather than a feeling.
The result is a personalised report and a roadmap: what to work on, in what order, and what to keep doing once you are home.

Abdoulaye Fadiga competed at the highest level in combat sport: nine times champion of France, four times world champion. He trained as a biologist and a biomechanist at Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris. The method comes from that double formation, the athlete who lived the load and the scientist who can explain it.
His field is the human science of performance optimisation, which treats the physical, the physiological and the mental as one subject rather than three. Strength, cardiovascular and hormonal function, sleep, stress and attention are measured on the same person, in the same week, and read together. A number that moves in isolation means very little. The pattern across all of them is what a programme is built on.
Champion Spirit was established in Paris in 2009. The Country Club in Nassau is where the method is now practised in full, on 20 acres, with the staff and the equipment the method asks for.
Preparation, rebuild and competition blocks with coaches who have worked at Olympic and Commonwealth level, in an environment where testing, training and recovery sit in the same twenty acres.
The same measurement, the same coaching staff and the same recovery protocols, scaled to the time you can take away and to a body that has spent more of the year seated than training.
